Shipping & Returns FAQs
We know you'll fall in love with our jewelry, but if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Sun-Dipped Gems will accept only unworn jewelry items returned within 30 days of your purchase date for a return or exchange. Returns received after this time frame are not eligible for returns and will not be accepted. Please note: Returns must be received in new condition, unused and unworn with any vendor tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Only full-priced items are eligible for returns and exchanges. Sales or discounted jewelry items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sun-Dipped Gems does not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders at this time. International orders returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for store credit only.
Yes, but please include both packing slips from each order in the package. Once the return has been initiated, ensure a paper with all order numbers is included in the package for easy sorting once your package is received. Be sure to grab a drop-off receipt when you ship the package out for your records!
Sun-Dipped Gems endeavors to offer the very best jewelry at the very best discounted prices. All Sale items and custom items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items sold as sets but not returned as sets are also not eligible for returns. Items that do not meet the criteria outlined in our return policy will not be accepted, and the cost of shipping the return will be at the customer's expense. Sun-Dipped Gems does not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders at this time. International orders returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for store credit only.

Customers can easily navigate through our hassle-free returns portal to initiate the returns process. Any shipping fees associated with the return are to be paid for by the customer either upfront or as a deduction from the total amount of the refund. Sun-Dipped Gems will assess a nominal $1.99 restocking fee per returned order.

Please allow up to 5 days from the time of your return shipment to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment. After shipping fees are deducted, the total purchase amount in addition to any taxes assessed will be refunded. Please note, any shipping charges will not be refunded. In most cases, credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. Due to carrier delays, please allow extra days for your return to be received and processed.
We pride ourselves on processing and shipping your smile in a box to you as quickly as possible, so processing and shipping can be swift. However, most orders are able to be canceled or have the shipping address adjusted within the first hour after being placed. Please contact us immediately at customercare@sundippedgems.com. Due to the nature of processing and shipping, Sun-Dipped Gems is unable to guarantee cancellations or shipping address adjustments. If an adjustment is not possible, please visit our returns portal to start a return once the order is received.
If your order has been marked as delivered but you did not receive the order, please contact the carrier after you have checked the entire premise of your home. If you have been unable to locate your package through the carrier, please contact us. Sun-Dipped Gems will reissue your order or offer you store credit. No refunds will be issued on missing orders.
Sun-Dipped Gems is not responsible for arbitrary items returned to our warehouse. We recommend carefully packaging your return and ensuring you are only including items you intend to return to Sun-Dipped Gems. We are unable to reship non Sun-Dipped Gems returns.
Order FAQs
US delivery on standard shipping orders is usually within 3 to 7 business days. Expedited orders are delivered within 2 business days and international orders may take between 7 to 14 days depending on the country and its customs procedures. Find out more about shipping here.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after the order has been placed and successfully verified. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing on Monday unless Monday is a public holiday. Read more about our shipping on our Shipping & Returns page.
Jewelry Info & Care
We believe variety is truly the spice of life at Sun-Dipped Gems. You'll find some of our jewelry uses .925 sterling silver plating and rhodium plating. Both are precious metals and give the jewelry extra strength and shine. Rhodium and Sterling Silver are resistant to tarnish or corrosion and do not scratch easily. The durability makes them generally water-safe. We also use 18k gold and silver plating over brass. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic.
Our clients are encouraged to avoid excessive moisture or contact with oil, water, lotion and chemicals as this can slowly degrade the quality of our jewelry over time.
Many of our luminous jewelry pieces are water-safe and tarnish-resistant, but it's still highly recommended to limit exercise and avoid swimming with our jewelry pieces as gentle care will extend their life. When not in use, jewelry should be neatly stored individually for protection. Routinely use a soft cloth, preferably microfiber, to gently clean your jewelry pieces.
